Why STAMPLING exists
STAMPLING exists because the hardest part of dumpling night was never the cooking — it was the pleating. Hand-folding is a real skill: the first ten look fine, and number thirty-five leaks in the pot. We didn't think a family dinner should depend on that. Why solid maple
Every STAMPLING set holds two stamps made from solid maple wood — a small 43 mm and a large 60 mm — each engraved with the STAMPLING logo. We chose maple because it stays rigid under pressure, and even pressure is what a clean seal actually requires; thin plastic presses flex, and flex is where leaks start. Maple is also warm in the hand and made to be used again and again. Each stamp is hand-finished and individually inspected by hand before it ships. Care is simple: hand wash only, dip in flour before use, do not soak.
